本年度的開學感恩祭於2021年8月29日在聖神修院大聖堂舉行，由湯漢樞機主禮。在過百位的參禮師生的見證下，兩位新教授（蔡俊源神父及黃君右神父）在典禮中作了簡單而隆重的信德宣言。
