PM103 Collaborative Ministry (2 Credits)
Lecturers: Evelyn Eaton WHITEHEAD, James D. WHITEHEAD
Description:
Christian ministry draws on the gifts of the entire community of faith. Increasingly in the Church today, men and women, ordained and lay, professionals and volunteers work together to respond to the needs of God's world. This interdisciplinary course will examine the opportunities and the challenges that are part of the current experience of ministry collaboration. Drawing on resources of contemporary theology and the social sciences, class sessions will explore the theological vision of shared ministry and offer practical tools of analysis and planning to support working together effectively.
