Phil 115 Pre-Ch'in Confucianism and Taoism (2 Credits)

Description:

During the Pre-Ch'in era, the Hundred Schools of thought flourished, creatively laying the foundations of Chinese philosophy. This course studies the origin and development of Pre-Ch'in thought, paying special attention to Confucianist, Taoist, Moist, Legalist thinkers.
